Studio Manager - Full Time
Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise. Club Pilates is a well-established, nation-wide brand, committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community. The ownership entity has multiple locations across the state of Iowa. The current position being hired for is located in Marion, Iowa.
The Studio Manager will be responsible for all studio functionality including Sales, Operations, and Member Services. They will lead all sales efforts; drive membership growth and endeavor to prevent member attrition. The Studio Manager will assist in hiring, training and managing Sales Associates within their studio.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of management in retail/service sales or fitness sales experience desired
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
- Ability to manage and drive revenue streams: memberships, retail, and private training
- Must be Pilates certified or complete Teacher Training within one year of hire
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement

- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Duties:
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Execute Grass Roots, marketing and networking
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Demo class
- Coordinate with regional manager ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Assist in hiring/on-boarding/managing sales associates
- Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Collect outstanding dues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Assist in scheduling and participate in community events and studio promotions
- Maintain studio cleanliness
- Any other duties as assigned
Hours:
Typical schedule M 12-8, T, W, Th 7:30-4, Sun 7:30 – 1 with occasional after hours could be necessary in emergency situations and adjustable based on studio needs. This is a full time position with health, vision and dental insurance with employer contribution, group life and disability paid by employer, 401K match and paid time off.
Estimated pay range: $50,000 - $65,000 depending on qualifications and bonus
